Construction runs in the Childs family, starting with Jamie Childs' 30 years of residential and real estate experience.
Construction runs in our family starting with Jamie Childs' 30 years of residential and real estate experience. Over those years he has developed over 100 residential construction projects.
Jamie's son, Peter, grew up learning the construction business and residential real estate industry. As the future of Childs Construction, he has devoted himself to growing the company.
Our goal is simple - exceed our clients' expectations, each and every project. We've had the pleasure of compiling together a superior team of professional craftsman who share our passion for delivering only the best services.
From concept to completion, we're with you for every step of the journey. This includes locating a property, complimentary creative design assistance, lender financing support, and construction management.
Jamie and Peter lead a premier group of construction professionals. Our highly selective process ensures that the vendors and project managers that work with us are of the highest caliber.
Our approach to construction management is all about quality, communication, and delivering a superior product. We've had the opportunity to build some of the finest homes in Lake Forest and the surrounding Chicagoland areas.
From the broadest concept all the way down to the smallest detail, Childs Development is with you for every step of the journey.
